Debra Brousseau is the Founder of Love Centered Living. She is a successful professional who works as a consultant and coach to senior managers. She is a senior bilingual (English/French) mediator and a mentor to coaches. In tandem with her corporate consulting and coaching she nurtures a private practice that focuses on living a love-centered life. Debra tells us that we owe it to ourselves to reconnect with love and harmony. In a life full of stress she believes that one of the most powerful ways to reconnect with love is to invoke the relaxation response. This allows us stay in love while traversing life’s challenges. Debra has spent her lifetime working her way back to love where she resides most of the time. It is a delight being in her presence. It`s this presence that invites others to open to connecting with their own joy, laughter and love. Debra tells us that reclaiming love is a challenge and that staying in love takes practice and is a lifetime pursuit. She likens it to running a marathon. If a friend calls her up and says Debra there’s a 10K marathon next week are you in? Debra says sure and collapses after the first kilometer. Why because she hasn’t trained for it. Her body, her muscles and mind are not in shape. She says that reconnecting and staying in love also takes practice. It’s like a muscle. You have to work it to keep in in shape. Debra is now spending more time in her private practice. She develops her playshops and group coaching programs from what she has learned in her own experiences and as well as those of her clients. What has convinced Debra to now focus on love as her life’s work is in October of 2014 Debra lost her husband after a five year battle with cancer. After his passing she spent two years grieving the loss. As she looks back on the experience she recognises that 80% of the time she was able to stay in love and hold a safe and loving space for her love and herself as they journeyed together through what was oftent heartbreaking. Mary Lou Ruggiero-Salzarulo is an award-winning apparel and fashion industry designer for 37 years and has served in the position as Divisional Design Director at A & H Sportswear for 16 years. With multifaceted expertise, she has extensive experience in the Contemporary Miss, Junior and Children’s areas of resort wear and swimwear. In her down time, she enjoys spending time with her family, art museum exhibitions, fashion exhibitions, cooking, traveling and the beach. Having always been drawn toward design, Mary Lou received her Associates degree in Commercial Art from NCC, 1977 and a Specialized Fashion Design Associate degree, 1979. She continued an art history program at Moravian University. Naturally creative, she has always had a passion for fashion and has always worked hard to achieve success. She speaks and lectures frequently at the schools in her area, whether at Primary, Secondary schools or at the college level.
In her present professional years, Mary Lou has established her own business and is continuing to share her experience and knowledge with others. She resides in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

Ana Cristina Clemente is the President of Macau Racing Team, a Macanese motor racing team based in Macau, China, several different series through Southern-East Asia. With unrivaled expertise in automobile since 1995, the team has accomplished its best results during the Macau Grand Prix. Seasoned in management, public speaking, business administration and project management, Ana Cristina spearheads various endeavors for the team, including collaboration with mechanics and drivers, and signing off on championship papers.
Ana has made a top priority of the team to celebrate Macanese talent, always seeking and giving priority to local talent. In Macau, the automotive industry is up and coming, and by focusing her team on developing domestic talent, she and her team provide a chance for local residents with great talent to achieve the dream of becoming professional racers.
After receiving her bachelor’s degree in Event Planning from the Swiss Hotel Management School, Ana Cristina discovered her love of the automotive industry, and was quickly offered her current position with Macau Racing Team. Operating in this largely male-dominated industry has brought Ana Cristina much joy, and the satisfaction of being an example to like-minded women who wish to forge their way. In 2014, with the help of her talent, the team won 3rd place in a championship in China. Ana Cristina resides in Macau, and is a master of languages, speaking Portuguese, Spanish, English, French, Thai, Cantonese, and Mandarin. When not engaged with work, she enjoys ballet and dance choreography.

Maria Garrido is an International Marketing Executive in Paris. Highly specialized in International Marketing and Advertising, she is currently the Chief Insights & Analytics Officer for the Havas Media Group.
Maria received her Master’s in International Business from the University of South Carolina. She is a global marketing executive with over 19 years of living and working in North America, Latin America and Europe. She has extensive experience both on the client marketing side, notably in the FMCG sector, as well as on the advertising (media) side. As the Chief Insights & Analytics Officer at Havas Media Group, Maria is responsible for developing strategic analytical products, leading the Meaningful Brands practice and ROI solutions, all designed to help boost client KPI’s through media strategy.
Prior to her current role, Maria led local and regional operations for FMCG categories with over 300MM USD Revenues, most notably at Colgate Palmolive Co & Mondelez. She was responsible for global brand strategy and product innovation, leading cross-functional teams to accelerate product pipeline while boosting incremental impact on business results.
Maria has participated in several media and client industry events, most recently as a speaker at the International Festival of Media and a Media Jury member at Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity. Margot Hirsemann is the Founder, Managing Director and Owner of TBV Techno Consult GmbH, a firm that distributes security technologies to public institutions, specializing in protective equipment and safety equipment. Offering state of the art technology in bomb-protection, handling and defusing techniques, they are known for a wide range of remote control vehicles and special transport containers, as well as bomb protection suits, closed vessels for explosives, remote controlled robots and water jet disrupters.
Having founded TBV Techno Consult in 2008, Margot has built her brand on providing reliable and secure support to state institutions including police, border police, armed forces, airport and seaports. She also offers special services in training and product maintenance.
What inspired Margot to open her own business was starting a family. She sought a balanced life, and she knew that owning her own business would open up the freedom and flexibility to accomplish this.
A resident of Erfurt, Germany, Margot speaks fluent English and German. Outside of work she enjoys sports, conservation efforts and going to the beach. She holds a degree in Economics and Management from the University of Economics in Berlin Karlshorst.
