Jennifer Dunn, M.A. possesses over twenty years of combined educational technology expertise in eLearning, diversity and inclusion, training and development, and college and career readiness. Jennifer has held project management and business leadership roles for diverse agencies including nonprofits (i.e., College Board), private companies (i.e., Bunifu Learning), colleges and universities (i.e., Morgan State University), international (i.e., DoDEA – Kaiserstraße, Germany), and city government institutions (i.e., Baltimore City Public Schools). She delivers business leadership and continually directs improvement efforts for clients’ training outcomes, eLearning platforms, productivity, innovation, and training compliance. Jennifer has the proven ability to develop and implement innovative curricula, programs, workshops, courses, and materials, for instructor-led, virtual, online, and blended environment strategies in order to enhance business and educational practices.
She is a results-driven Educational Technology Leader with a career demonstrating expertise and distinguished performance in technology management of multi-site, national and international operations. Jennifer has an impressive history in defining and clarifying organizations’ learning solutions needs by designing, conducting and researching educational technology trends. Ms. Dunn is a strategic planner offering measurable records of strengthening educational technology landscapes for corporations through enhancing digital learning, multimedia, course offerings, and outcomes. She develops and implements organizational change management workshops for institutions focusing on people, processes, technology, and vision. She identifies training requirements for organizations and educational institutions through performing gap analyses between goals and existing procedures. Her ability to direct the implementation of a collaborative and integrated training platform has resulted in increased employee achievement and cost savings for corporations. As the current President of Bunifu Learning, an International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) accredited corporation and Certified Disadvantaged Businesses, Jennifer has successfully delivered eLearning opportunities to over 20,000 lifelong learners and helped them attain certifications and/or continuing education units.
For the last eleven years, Ms. Dunn has managed educational learning solutions for College Board and delivers unique and strategic educational technology consulting to faculty, staff and students. She identifies demand-generation opportunities in educational technology that drives programs for new and existing course offerings. She is an expert at integrating learning solutions design into the planning of strategic initiatives and is proficient in over five eLearning platforms. She assists the College Board with exceeding performance goals, including advising senior executives in the development of key strategic relationships to drive eLearning training outcomes for over 18,000 stakeholders domestically and internationally. Jennifer is responsible for the governance of technology and educational experiences in an effort to continuously foster pedagogical advancement through training, eLearning and assessment. She possesses a wide background in several areas of information technology including architecture, application design and lifecycle methodologies. Jennifer develops a consulting approach to conceptualize, define, drive, and execute engagement and culture transformation strategies.
Jennifer holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Education from The Ohio State University and a Post-Master’s Certificate in Education Administration from The George Washington University. In addition, she’s a certified Train the Trainer from the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET).
She is proud of owning her business and its expansion. She credits her success to hard work and resilience, as well as family support. She started out as a teacher in the classroom and graduated her first class of students that she helped to start out in their education.
