The Worldwide Women’s Association Recognizes Dr. Kathy Tuberville
With over 30 years of professional experience in her career, Dr. Kathy Tuberville is the Faculty Director at Avron B. Fogelman Professional Development Center, where she is known for her teaching and program development in the areas of professional development, career development, professionalism and integrity.
She also teaches Human Resource Management courses in the Fogelman College of Business and Economics where she oversees a program, Fogelman Women in Leadership. Through this program women students are partnered through events and activities with local area women professionals for career development
In the community, she is on the Board of Directors for SHRM-Memphis (Society of Human Resource Management) and serves as co-VP of Programs and on the Tennessee SHRM Conference for 2020 as Program Lead. At the student level, she is the faculty advisor for the University of Memphis SHRM Student Chapter. She is on the Board of Directors for DeNeuville Learning Center, a non-profit that serves women through education and community in Memphis as well as a state representative for the Cooperative Education and Internship Network (CEIA).
Dr. Tuberville received her Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership from Northcentral University in 2014. Moving forward, she plans on continuing to serve and help the next generation of women professionals in achieving a brighter future. She hopes to network as much as possible with likeminded professionals worldwide.
