As the founder and chief executive officer of KIDS Early Learning Centers, Kishani Woldberhan has dedicated her career to childhood development and education. Having established the company in 2013 as a small care center based in Midlothian, Texas, Kishani has transformed the company into a multi-million-dollar corporation with five locations expanding across the greater Dallas/Fort Worth Metropolitan area.

Driven by her passion for young children, Kishani takes pride in providing the best possible learning experiences for her students and teachers. She is a true champion for children, advocating for access to high-quality early care and education for all children throughout the community.

A pillar of her community, she is active in many organizations and in 2019 began serving her term as the president of the Dallas chapter of The Texas Association for the Education of Young Children. She is also a member of the Association of Early Learning Leaders, Arlington DFW childcare professionals, The National Black Child Development Institute, Childcare Millionaires Association, Early Education Leaders Coalition, and more.

Prior to opening KIDS Early Learning Centers, Kishani gained a background in Montessori education and educational administration while living in Los Angeles. She herself is the mother to 5 children, and is proud to offer a safe and beneficial environment for children to develop, grow and explore. She strives to “teach children to be Kind, to be Independent, That the world is Diverse, and how to self-regulate their emotions. With these four skills they have an unlimited array of possibilities to someday change the world.”
