Constance Seddon is a multifaceted leader in the STEM and professional sectors. With over 34 years of experience in her field, she works for the National Health Service and is a role model to women and girls throughout the UK and beyond. A living testament that the sky is the limit, she is a proud veteran of the Army Air Force, and is passionate about promoting and encouraging young women and girls to explore the sciences.
Ever the multi-hyphenate, Constance made history by becoming the winner of a new division of the international pageant Regal World. Competing against contestants from all over the world, including the USA, Canada, Australia, Philippines and South Africa, she came out champion in personality, intelligence and good deeds, grace and attractiveness.
A highly trained public speaker, Constance recently completed certification with The Association for Professional Coaching, in association with the SPEAKup Challenge, confirmed in February 2022. She is a dynamic and compelling speaker at conferences and gatherings, and loves to share her experience and insight with women and young girls. Additionally, Constance uses her platform to campaign for organ donation amongst Black people, a cause for which she has a great deal of passion.
Based in Wigan, United Kingdom, Constance is mother of three and grandmother of three. Outside of her work with the NHS, motivational speaking, and the many organizations she supports, Constance enjoys fashion, modeling, and acting in independent films and music videos. In honor of her parents, who were both teachers, she also founded an organization that supports blind children in Zimbabwe, integrating them into the mainstream school system from an early age to improve their opportunities for socialization, mental wellbeing and education. She credits her success to focus, drive and perseverance.
