Carolyn Sadler-Spoletini has owned and operated companies in more than one country since the age of 24, and has worked internationally. Carolyn Spoletini has joined ManagedPAY, as a partner this past year. ManagedPAY offers various levels of payroll, HR and benefits services to their client employers. Servicing over 300 client employees and supporting over 10,000 employees in the Southern Nevada area. A previous business owner in Canada & the US, she is a culture ambassador and training specialist. She offers an extensive background in HR, legal and regulatory compliance, and is continually seeking new opportunities for growth and expansion both personally and professionally.
Bringing over 20 years of experience in HR and 15 years in gaming, regulatory licensing, and compliance in multiple jurisdictions in the US, Canada, MX, and the UK, she currently heads up the HR and compliance departments at ManagedPAY.
With a BA in Business Administration, AS in Legal Studies, and ACP, CP, RG and FCPA certifications, ManagedPAY’s clients are in good hands. Carolyn has a passion for students and education and has been a volunteer teacher for the Junior Achievement program since 2010. She believes that women in business are fantastic role models for our youth.
