With more than two decades of experience in healthcare compliance, environmental compliance, sustainability, and regulated waste management, Lisa helps organizations turn complex regulatory requirements into practical, scalable systems.
Her work focuses on compliance-driven sustainability, waste recovery, ESG-integrated reporting, and reduction strategies for hard-to-recycle and non-clean materials. Through BAC’s Compliance360 and NETZERO360™ programs, she leads national initiatives that help healthcare, biotech, laboratory, and industrial facilities reduce risk, strengthen accountability, and create measurable sustainability outcomes.
Lisa is also Vice Director of SWANA’s Communication, Education & Marketing Division, a Board Member of the National Recycling Coalition, and a recognized leader in waste recovery, circularity, and practical ESG implementation.
