Ana-Paula Vidigal is the Supervisor for Novacap. She has been in her professional field for over 21 years. Novacap is a government company and develops the construction of public companies. She came into her career by way of natural progression. Ana-Paula’s expertise are in managing and engineering. She has a Master’s Degree in Engineering from Brazil University in 2003. Ana-Paula is a member of AEA and BEP. She doesn’t do any lecturing or public speaking at this time. She doesn’t have any publications yet. In the next few years Ana-Paula hopes to do some studying abroad in Europe. She says the keys to her success have been focus and willingness to learn.
