The Worldwide Women’s Association Recognizes Dr. Kelley Gurley

With over 20 years of professional experience, Dr. Kelley Gurley is an IT Leader with Takeda Pharmaceuticals where she is known for her dynamic leadership skill, genuine collaboration, and unmatched expertise in her field. She has also been nominated among 90 other leaders as a “Trust Leader” for her ability to connect and demonstrate clarity and compassion to her colleagues.

As an IT Leader she has found many ways to break through that glass ceiling and has coached many female leaders to find the same success. She started her own coaching company, www.isolifecoaching.com, driven by her passion of being that “natural coach” to others for over 15 years and is excited to a help others increase success in their own lives using her certifications in Executive and Career Coaching with expertise in Holistic Emotional Intelligence, Positive Intelligence and Life Harmony Coaching. Dr. Gurley as the Chief People Officer of her company also provides workshops to empower women to find their voice in the workplace. She often says, “My only success is that of a successful client” and she goes above and beyond to provide the right level of individual support for each of her clients. Dr. Gurley holds her Doctoral degree in Information Technology with a focus on Human Centered Computing where she puts people in the center of technology and innovation. She is known for her superior customer service and community outreach. She loves educating first-time home buyers, investing, and assisting clientele who are moving from out-of-state or building their dream home.

She is passionate about serving her clients with transparency and honesty. She provides them with outstanding service and care during and long after a transaction. SaCola is also fun to work with, and enjoys adding a little joy to the whole experience.

She recently was inspired to write a book on the cannabis and hemp industry, and after a lot of research and hard work her book was published. The Cannabis Jungle; Rediscovering Hemp, provides information about cannabis and its variations. It reveals the potential of cannabis and hemp in terms of sustainable development and environmental protection.

The Worldwide Women’s Association Recognizes Diane Sherwood-Cocking

After 25 years of practicing law, Diane Sherwood is now a certified Forgiveness Coach via Eileen Barker at the Path of Forgiveness in San Francisco. Diane’s technique of Forgiveness Coaching can best be described as unilateral, secular forgiveness. In layman’s terms, she teaches forgiveness without the other person being present and without religion. It is a life skill her clients will carry with them.

Known for her excellence as a Mediator and Attorney, Diane began her career working with emotionally disturbed children at the National Children’s Rehabilitation Center in 1983. She then worked with her family’s construction company from 1984-1990 as Personnel Director and 1993-1998 as the VP of Human Resources. She left the company to become an Alternative Dispute Resolution specialist at her center, The Conflict Resolution Center. Between 2002 and 2007, she also taught Mediation in the School of Applied Social Sciences at Newman University while working on her Master’s Degree. In 2005, Sherwood pioneered Collaborative Family Law in Kansas, and soon thereafter began litigating divorces.

When the pandemic hit in 2020, Sherwood became a Forgiveness Practitioner and now trains others how to heal the pain of their anger at her new center, The Center for Peace and Forgiveness.

Passionate about her work, Sherwood credits her success to dedication, drive and perseverance. She looks forward to networking with likeminded professionals worldwide.

Sherwood earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the Colorado College in 1983, her Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 1993 and her Masters of Social Work from Newman University in 2008.

Her work has not gone unrecognized. She was American Institute of Family Law Attorneys “10 Best” in client satisfaction 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, & 2020, earned Best of the Best Award, and Top 10 Family Law Attorney. She was also the first woman president of her local chapter of the American Inns of Court in 2015, leading them to platinum status for the first time.

With over 15 years of professional experience, Evie Arnold is a Leadership & Management Director and Gallup Certified Strengths Coach at Green Square Developments Ltd where she spearheads strategic planning for the business.

Rhodesian born and growing up in South Africa she decided to travel and experience the world while studying for her Bachelor of Administration degree majoring in Business Management and Government Administration. Evie was blessed to work in Europe and the Middle East, returning to grow roots in Britain, raising a family and starting her entrepreneurial journey. Successes and failures nurtured her leadership evolution through steering her own business, to senior leadership roles in childcare organizations and have brought her full circle to being one of the Directors and shareholders in a Construction Training Company. Green Square Developments Ltd are expanding to focus on Leadership in the industry and empowering development and change to clients through executive Strengths Based Coaching.
