She serves as the Fundraising Chair for the Cleveland Iron Maidens Rugby Team, contributing to the success and growth of women’s sports. Additionally, she actively participates in the Cleveland Professional 20/30 Club, a platform for young professionals to network and make meaningful connections, as well as a Cleveland Ambassador for the Women’s Social Club Cleveland Chapter.
As an individual who believes in the power of mentorship and giving back, Natalie also serves as the Current Dance Team and Colorguard Coach for Lutheran High School West, inspiring and nurturing the talents of young individuals.

Sophia Dorry is Senior Director, North America/EMEA HRBP for Model N. She is a People Team Leader with extensive experience building teams, managing change, and meeting strategic goals. She has worked in various industries including healthcare, entertainment, consulting, technology, energy and retail. She has demonstrated success in leading teams and companies to grow organically and via acquisitions.
Sophia is known for her strong coaching skills, developing successful leaders, improving processes to help scale for growth, and fostering strong relationships with senior leaders. She holds her MBA, as well as a BS in Finance. She is PHR certified, and continues her education regularly.
Some of her specialties include compensation planning including executive compensation and deferred compensation, vendor negotiations, project management, employee relations, benefit plan design and communication, process improvement, and integrations and change management.
In her spare time she enjoys travel and spending time in her community.

LaGaylia Gray is Curriculum Supervisor for Broward County Public Schools and a Business Owner of a pest control company, On Brand Pest Management. On Brand Pest Management specializes in commercial and residential pest extermination and maintenance services in Florida.
LaGaylia is committed to service and dedication in both of her roles, and is known for excellent communication skills. She has demonstrated success throughout her career, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University. She also holds a Masters of Science degree from Nova Southeastern University.

Lisa Abbott Moore is the owner and founder of Artfully Speaking, a speech and language therapy practice that offers voice, language and speech services to suit medical, individual or professional needs. Combining over 28 years of experience in speech pathology and language expertise with a thriving artistic practice, Lisa uses the arts as a modality to help clients better connect to their process in the treatment session.
Among the services that Lisa offers are voice, fluency, swallowing assessment and treatment; art-based communication treatment and lessons; communication consulting for executive function and social language, corporate consulting and mentoring; and legal speech and language services.
Dual certified by the American Speech Hearing Association and the Speech Language Pathologist Association of Canada, Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree and a Master of Science from the University of Southern Mississippi. Prior to opening her own practice, she worked with infants in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit to the geriatric population. Her diverse international experiences include teaching and practice in Cambodia, Brazil, Romania, Guyana, Canada, and the USA.
In addition to running Artfully Speaking, Lisa has lead groups in art-based communication therapy at the Aphasia Center of Ottawa, and at the elementary school level with an Art for Social Change Program. She is also active with her local neighborhood watch program, serves as secretary on the school council board, and on the Jewish Pastoral Care Team at the Ottawa Hospital.

Caitlin Young Ramirez is Founder and CEO of Epiphany Appointments, an administrative services and writing firm that helps busy professionals execute tasks quickly. They also offer resume services!

The vision of Epiphany Appointments arrived one prayer morning, and took off from there! 10% of all company profits goes to expanding God’s kingdom.
Caitlin is the former Vice President of a new construction startup, and former Humanities Professor. She’s taught numerous sections of US History, World Civilizations, and various Humanities courses at the university and community college levels. She is a driven leader and the former Vice President of D&D Windows, a new construction start-up. Throughout her career, Caitlin has managed departments in service, estimating, and project management. She truly loves working with people.
Outside of having ten years of professional work experience in academia, HR, and construction, Caitlin has a BA in History from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and MA in History from California State University, Sacramento. She is also midway through a doctoral program studying Organizational Leadership with an Emphasis in Higher Education and Servant Leadership.
Caitlin is a wife and mother, and seeks to change the way business operates with critical focuses on empathy, understanding, and leadership at the core of business practice. Caitlin is also an educator and passionate teacher with five years of experience teaching history at the collegiate levels.
