Amie Teske is the Director of Healthcare Industry & Product Marketing at Lexmark Healthcare. Her division focuses on Enterprise Content Management and Enterprise Imaging in Healthcare. Amie is responsible for the 3-5 year strategy of the business while simultaneously collaborating with cross-functional sales, service and support teams on the success of in-market products and solutions. Constant communication with customers, partners and analysts is always top-of-mind to ensure effective delivery and adoption. Amie continues to serve the acute and post-acute healthcare markets in North America, EMEA, and APAC. Amie embraces an authentic leadership style with a passion for delivering transformational results, both within her organization and among her team members. Maria Fuensanta Donoso has over 15 years of experience in marketing and business development, and established the private company J. Marchers Inc. over 7 years ago. As Director of the company, she manages the communication, consultants, strategy and social marketing.
Maria’s prior experience lies within multinationals such as XEROX and Ketchum, and as Executive Director of two NGOs. She received her Master of Education, Master of Digital Marketing, and graduate diplomas in Communications and Advanced Management. Maria is Associate Professor at a Private University and gives monthly seminars at local Chambers of Commerce and other organizations on topics of innovation and entrepreneurship. She has been President of the Small Business Union of Panama, and Vice President of the Central America Council of Small Business. She finds the most rewarding aspect of her career to be making an impact; and nowadays, she is launching a new start up brand within her company, with the support of the Founders Institute International Program promoted for the first time by Silicon Valley in Panama.
Outside of work, Maria cares about her father, who is 91 years old and extremely active. She enjoys nature and taking in the great outdoors and biodiversity of Panama.

Sandy Christensen is a Financial Consultant at Investors Group Financial Services. Sandy has been in the financial industry for over a year now, and has always had a love of finance. She is currently a financial consultant for Investors Group Financial Services in Winnipeg, MB. Although this is her second career having left the computer software industry in 2014, she feels very passionate about financial planning and the impact she can have on her clients’ lives.
She takes a long-term approach to planning, and believes that with a detailed plan, reviewed and updated regularly, people will have the financial resources to realize their goals and stay on track. She has spent much of her career(s) in male dominated positions, and has faced adversity and struggled at times to find her place.
Her university degree is in Computer Science but she has always had a passion for finances so the move to financial planning was a relatively easy one for her. She is also enrolled in the CFP program to eventually acquire her Certified Financial Planner designation.
Sandy started out in university wanting to get a degree in accounting but she decided to go the IT route instead. She made a career for herself in IT for over 20 years. She was also involved in finance, but her main role in IT was Director of a Global Sales Engineering team. Sandy moved over to financial services when the company that she was working for started to downsize. She decided to follow her passion in the financial industry, and wanted to start over doing something that she loved and believed in. She also wanted to start making a difference. She is very proud of her ability to build relationships throughout her career.
She holds a BA in Computer Science, and loves spending time with her dog, watching movies and snowshoeing in her spare time. She is a Member of the Scandinavian Centre Club, and lives in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.

Elke Klinkhammer is the Chief Creative Officer for McCann World Group, a leading global marketing company comprised of more than 23,000 employees across 120 countries. With 18 years of experience in creative and art direction, Elke is an expert in interaction and experience design, brand-building leads, integrated advertising and digital innovation.
After earning a bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication from FH Aachen University of Applied Sciences, Elke worked for some of the most creative advertising agencies in Germany. She gained valuable experience in creative direction for a wide variety of industries, as well as digital marketing on a global scale. Prior to joining McCann, Elke served as the Executive Creative Director for Razorfish Germany.
Elke enjoys the challenges and creativity of design, and loves the prospect of reaching millions of people through marketing and advertising. She has been invited back to lecture with FH Aachen University of Applied Sciences, and is an active member of the Art Directors Club International, Art Directors Club Germany and the IADAS. She resides in Frankfurt, Germany, and speaks fluent English and German. Outside of work, Elke enjoys traveling and expanding her horizons whenever she can.

Traci has a Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing, and started a position locally in the pharmaceutical advertising sector. She developed a true passion for the industry and developed herself into an acclaimed icon in the advertising sector with her knowledge and deep understanding of the industry.
She has helped promote pharmaceuticals, biologicals, managed care, and OTC in both domestic and international markets. Outside of work, she loves to travel, spend time with her family and friends, cooking, and gardening.
