Louella-Anne Edwards is the Group Technology Manager for the Caribbean Communications Network (CCN), part of One Caribbean Media, Ltd.  With over 24 years of experience in IT and Broadcast Engineering systems management, she is a seasoned leadership and project management professional responsible for the transition of Trinidad and Tobago’s largest broadcast media house from analog to digital.
 
After earning a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Louella-Anne went on to complete a Master of Science in Engineering management from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine campus. She holds a Mini MBA in Telecommunications from Neotelis, and is a Certified Information Systems Auditor.
 
Louella-Anne is a sought after speaker and has sit in on panels on working groups across the Caribbean. She has crossed the Energy, Health and Financial sectors over the course of her career, and is a role model for women in Technology and Engineering.
 
Outside of the CCN, Louella-Anne is on the Board of Directors of Building Maintenance Services Limited, and serves on the Diocesan Communications Committee of the Anglican Church. She enjoys music and is a member of the Lydian Singers.

Maria Pavonetti is a Financial Consultant for MP Financial, a firm that offers a full suite of business, event and conference planning to businesses, including logistics, financial management and advisory services, culinary and entertainment packages. With over 25 years of professional experience in finance and business development, Maria is a consummate professional who offers strong problem solving and negotiation skills, a thorough big picture understanding of the industry, and exceptional organization with attention to detail. She plans financial futures for her clients by offering guidance and information on budgeting, taxation, investments and credit, and helps her client assess their financial blueprint and determine the best options, short- and long-term goals.
 
Organized, capable and motivated to drive business results, Maria has demonstrated a keen ability to establish inter-departmental operations and best practices, and is known by colleagues for her team mentality and hard work ethic. Prior to joining MP Financial and Associates, she served as an AR Supervisor for Rio Tinto.
 
Maria credits her success to having a passion for her craft, as well as a natural ease of communication by which she and her clients uncover the best plan and method to achieve their goals. She earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from Concordia University, and speaks fluent English, French and Italian. She is based out of Montreal, Canada, were she volunteered for the Heart Stroke Foundation. She hopes to make a difference for women in the workforce, everyday life and around the world.

Neela S. White is a Portfolio Manager and Insurance Advisor at MacDougall, MacDougall & MacTier, an independent financial firm with over 160 years of wealth management expertise and solutions. With nearly 2 decades of experience in financial management, Neela works advises clients on their wealth and management of their assets, in the face of aging and other life events.
 
After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and French from the University of Western Ontario, Neela went on to complete a second degree, in Gerontology from McMaster University. Quickly discovering that her passion for helping the elderly and the Sandwich Generation was best served in the financial industry, she made a career change.  She achieved her FMA, FCSI, CIWM and CIM certifications from the Canadian Securities Institute. She is also a Certified Professional Consultant on Aging (CPCA).

Dr. Laura Methot is a behavioural scientist with 30 years of experience in making change happen. Adept at recruiting, leading and motivating top-performing teams to deliver on tough projects and challenging situations, she builds powerful long-lasting partnerships with business leaders to drive sustainable change and business transformations.
 
With a passion for helping organizations build the leadership and performance capabilities necessary to support outstanding execution, the impact of Dr. Methot’s work is evident in the quantitative results evidenced by her clients, and how her clients talk of tangible culture change. Laura designs and implements behavior-based leadership and organizational development systems.  She tailors programs to improve process effectiveness, change implementation and non-value-add reduction success for each client.
 
After earning a bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Saint Mary’s University, Laura went on to earn both a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a PhD in Applied Behaviour Analysis from Western Michigan University. She has presented at conferences for the Association of Behavior Analysis International, the Atlantic Conference on Ergonomics, the Canadian Psychological Association, the Canadian Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology and the Canadian Institute of Mining.
 
Dr. Methot resides in Nova Scotia, Canada and is currently on sabbatical following 17 years with CLG (Continuous Learning Group, Inc) where she was a Senior Partner and Managing Director for CLG’s Canadian business.

Dr. Jennifer Leslie Reynolds is a Neuropsychologist currently running an established private practice out of the Austin, Texas area. She offers a full range of direct psychotherapy treatment services, including individual, group, marital and family counseling, and emergency screening. She also offers forensic assessment, interpretation and feedback services to law enforcement and justice officials, and relays pertinent information to hospital and/or legal authorities or community agencies to allow for treatment planning and offer expert advice and opinion.
 
Dedicated to providing the latest treatment modalities and case management services, as well as staying on top of the research and developments in her field, Dr. Reynolds dedicates a minimum of 2 hours each month to receiving continuous education and developing her own research. She earned her bachelor of arts and a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Texas, and earned a second master’s degree and her PhD in Clinical Psychology wit ha Neuropsychology interpretive emphasis from Alliant International University. One of her residencies was conducted at the renowned Scripps Hospital in La Jolla California, and she completed her other two residencies in autism research, evaluation and treatment. She is certified in Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS), Trained Discrete Trial (DTT), and Trained Professional Assault Response Training (PART).
 
Dr. Reynolds was inspired to specialize in neuropsychology after her mother became severely injured from a car accident, which caused her to develop head trauma related mental health issues. She published her dissertation on children and adolescents on the autism or Asperger’s spectrum, and volunteers for the Four Corners Health Care Center. The recipient of numerous scholarships and honors, she became a member of the Alpha Chi Honor Society, Golden Key Honor Society, Psy Chi Honor Society, Omicron Delta Kappa National Leadership Honor Society, Chi Sigma Iota National Honor Society and the Who’s Who Among American College and University Students.
 
Today, Dr. Reynold’s thriving practice offers direct one-to-one treatment to with children and adolescents with pervasive developmental disorders. She remains fascinated by the human brain and its inner workings and connections, and has proved herself to be a key fixture of the mental healthcare and neuropsychology sector in the Austin area.
