Kristina Ljungborg Okuda is the CEO of Desert Forest Nutritionals, a nutrition and wellness company that offers clinically researched whole food products that are native to the Brazilian rainforests. Focusing particularly on the Agaricus blazei Murrill mushroom (Agaricus Brasiliensis), the company offers both liquid and powder extract formulas designed to promote health benefits ranging from immune system support, kidney and blood sugar aid, antiviral and antibacterial purposes and general well being.
Born in Sweden and having resided in Brazil for 22 years before relocating to the United States, Kristina earned a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from the Faculdades Integradas Alcantara Machado in Sao Paulo, Brazil. She then went on to complete a Master of Business Administration at Adelphi University, and launched her career in marketing and sales with Nippon Steel USA Inc, in New York. Her broad background of experience has led her to demonstrate well-rounded leadership and to connect with others to help build her international business and provide others with the opportunity to share in the vast untapped expanses of Brazil’s natural resources of plant and fungi for their medicinal properties.
As a Nutritional Educator, an International and Multicultural Business Specialist, a Business Development Consultant and a Presenter, Kristina speaks an impressive 7 languages: English, Portuguese, Spanish, Polish, French, Swedish and Japanese. She is increasingly invited to Kristina present on topics on nutritional education, and has demonstrated herself as an industry leader-to-watch.
Today, Kristina resides in Phoenix, Arizona. Outside of conducting product research and developing her quickly growing company, she enjoys quilting, needlework and is an avid stamp collector.

Katherine Andruha is the Director of Global Sales Development for Apttus, the leading provider of quote-to-cash software, delivering CPQ, Contract Management, E-Commerce and Revenue Management to a broad range of enterprise clientele. With more than 10 years in sales, development, marketing and team leadership, Katherine is responsible for building the sales development team, increasing key client base, and managing contracted telemarketing firms.
After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Marketing, Katherine launched her career as a Credit Analyst for Wachovia Dealer Services. She also worked in Inside Sales for Aruba Networks, where she was a multiple recipient of their Inside Sales Representative of the Year. Prior to joining Apttus, she was the Manager of Sales Development at SugarCRM.

Julia Sotera is Marketing Services Director Americas at Tetra Pak, a packaging and containers company specializing in complete solutions for the processing, packaging and distribution of food products. They provide solutions specifically designed to be as economical with resources as possible and maintain a focus on keeping the consumption of all raw materials and energy to a minimum during both the manufacturing process and distribution.
Julia’s role is to develop marketing strategies to combat any loopholes or discrepancies that may exist from distribution. She creates new innovative ideas to ensure safe reliable products and services. She is currently working to continually learn new processes and build new opportunities on a global level.
She holds an MA from Universidad de Buenos Aires, 1999. She is a member of Marketing Research Professionals and has expertise in marketing management, business administration, consulting, client management, negotiations, strategic business planning, staff development, and distribution management. Christine Audouin is the Founder and the business developer of L’ATOUT CA.
“L’Atout” in French means “the Asset” and the name choice was deliberate. In today’s world economy, being able to capitalize on know-how, on innovation or on potentials is tomorrow’s asset.
Her consultancy activity is divided into three primary sectors: entrepreneurial guidance, vocational training of staff and coaching individuals either for career opportunities or the ability to communicate in English proficiently for their job (occasionally in French for English speakers). The finality of her activity is to provide the necessary collective or individual responsiveness and performance skills vital for professional viability.
Professionals or individuals, through her implication, improve their technical and cognitive skills through either workshops or on a one-on-one coaching basis. She integrates multi-cultural awareness into workshops for participants who are preparing for expatriation or are integrated into a multinational environment.
Christine has an intimate understanding of the different domains of activity in a company through her 30 professional years working for different corporate managers. She has physically deployed change processes which required her skills and knowledge of all human resources functions as well as the French labor law. Hence, she is able to forecast and sensitize managers for upcoming needs and endeavors.

Christine built her career working for various construction companies and founded her company to provide coaching or training to individuals of all walks of life be they employees, executives, corporate managers or governmental figures. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in French and International Political Science from Beloit College, and went on to complete a master degree in Human Resource Development Management from the IGS (Institut de Gestion Sociale) in Paris.

Jennifer Stemmer-Baldwin is founder of JSB Executive Solutions Limited, where she serves as Executive Managing Director. The aim of JSB Executive Solutions is to provide a virtual assistant (VA) as a self-employed professional providing administrative, secretarial and creative services from a remote location. Working from a fully equipped office, JSB works with a variety of different clients helping them in their businesses on an ad hoc, regular or project basis.
