For Fabiola Rosado, entrepreneurship is closely connected to a practical question: What do people need in order to move through daily life with greater security and support? Her answer has taken several forms, including transportation, homecare, caregiving, and charitable outreach. Across these efforts, she has focused on services that help people reach essential destinations, remain supported at home, and obtain basic resources.

As the owner and manager of C&R Premier Transportation Co., Fabiola leads a company serving communities in Massachusetts and Connecticut. Its work includes student transportation, non-emergency medical transportation, and courier services. Although each service addresses a different need, all depend on organized operations, attentive customer service, and the ability to build trust with the people relying on them.

Turning Management Experience into Ownership

Fabiola earned an Associate Degree in Business Administration in 2012. She went on to hold managerial roles at Wendy’s, Panera Bread, and Primerica Financial Services, developing experience in operations, leadership, and customer service. That background gave her a working foundation for coordinating teams, responding to customers, and managing the many details involved in running an organization.

Her transition into business ownership began with Virotu LLC, which she launched in 2019. The startup recorded strong revenue growth under her leadership. In 2021, she established C&R Premier Transportation Co. and began its operations with one vehicle. She has since expanded the company while maintaining a service area across two states.

The company’s range reflects the everyday importance of dependable transportation. Students need consistent travel to and from school, while people attending medical appointments may require transportation suited to non-emergency circumstances. Courier work adds another operational dimension. Bringing these services together requires scheduling, communication, and careful coordination—skills connected to Fabiola’s earlier management experience.

Connecting Enterprise with Care

Transportation is one part of Fabiola’s broader interest in care-centered work. She also founded Hope Valley Homecare Services LLC, a licensed agency serving families in Massachusetts and Connecticut. The agency provides compassionate homecare services, extending her business focus from helping people reach necessary services to supporting individuals and families where they live.

This commitment is informed by direct experience. Fabiola has worked as a caregiver since 2016 and previously served in the U.S. military. She is now pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the Arizona College of Nursing, with the goal of graduating as a Registered Nurse. Her studies represent a further step toward combining operational leadership with clinical knowledge.

Her long-term vision includes bringing medical assistance to underserved communities around the world. She intends to dedicate part of her career to humanitarian missions and hopes to provide free medical care in countries where access is limited. At the same time, she plans to continue developing her transportation and healthcare enterprises.

Service Across Languages and Communities

Fabiola speaks Haitian Creole, French, English, and Spanish. That multilingual ability supports communication across diverse communities and aligns with her interest in serving people from a range of cultural backgrounds. In transportation, homecare, and healthcare, clear communication can shape how comfortably individuals and families navigate unfamiliar or demanding situations.

Her service also extends beyond her companies. Fabiola is the founder and manager of Source of Life Mission International, a charitable organization that she personally funds. Through the organization, she provides food, clothing, and school supplies to orphans. Its work also assists low-income families and elderly adults with essential resources.

A Unified Direction

Rather than treating business growth, nursing education, and charitable work as separate pursuits, Fabiola is developing them around a shared purpose. Transportation can improve access. Homecare can help families support loved ones. Nursing can expand her capacity to assist people facing health needs. Charitable outreach can respond when basic necessities are out of reach.

Faith, family, integrity, and service remain central to her outlook. Outside her professional responsibilities, she enjoys singing and traveling while continuing to focus on her goals. Her next chapter is ambitious but clearly defined: complete her nursing education, strengthen the organizations she has founded, and extend compassionate assistance to more communities. The common thread is not simply ownership or expansion, but the steady construction of services designed to help people move forward.
