Yaisy Gonzalez

Yaisy is the CEO of Sealandair Consultants Inc., where she provides specialized consulting services in FDA Foreign Supplier Verification Programs (FSVP) and USDA organic certification for food handling, packing, and distribution operations, as well as OSHA compliance for general industry. Through her firm, she has supported over 50 companies in achieving and maintaining regulatory compliance and audit readiness since 2018. She is based in Coral Gables, Florida, and serves clients nationwide and internationally. She is also a Certified CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) member for the City of Miami Beach and holds a U.S. Coast Guard Six-Pack Captain’s License. She also serves as a Safety Engineer for one of the largest steel manufacturers in the world, where she leads initiatives focused on hazard analysis, injury prevention, and strengthening safety culture across multiple operations. Yaisy holds a Master’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health with a concentration in Environmental Management, along with additional academic credentials in Occupational Safety and Health. She is an authorized OSHA trainer and holds multiple certifications, including Mental Health First Aid Trainer certified by the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, American Heart Association CPR/AED/First Aid Instructor, forklift Train-the-Trainer, and fall protection authorized trainer by 3M. She is passionate about helping organizations build practical, sustainable systems that protect people, ensure regulatory alignment, and improve operational performance across both industrial and food protection environments.
