She is the owner and founder of Care Connect, LLC, a private-pay, non-medical home care agency, and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Butler Rescue Hands, Inc., working alongside her husband, Garrett Butler, who serves as CEO. Her extensive expertise spans both non-medical and medical care services, enabling her to deliver comprehensive, client-focused solutions tailored to the unique needs of each individual and family she serves. Xiomara’s leadership journey began with launching and managing a successful non-medical home care franchise, where she spent more than eight years refining her skills in operations, client care, and team development.
