Samia Javed is a transformative Human Capital Strategist and Enterprise HR Executive with more than 15 years of experience helping organizations thrive through change. Known for aligning people strategies with business imperatives, she has cultivated a reputation for building cultures where individuals and organizations flourish. Her career spans manufacturing, technology, biotech, and food, where she has consistently elevated HR as a driver of enterprise performance and innovation.

Currently serving as Director of Human Resources at 8th Avenue Food & Provisions, Samia partners with executive leadership to reimagine organizational design, advance enterprise workforce planning, and empower leaders across multi-site operations. Her influence extends beyond HR operations — she acts as a catalyst for cultural transformation, embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion into the DNA of the business while driving engagement, productivity, and long-term resilience.

Throughout her career, Samia has led strategic people initiatives at some of the world’s most innovative companies. At Tesla, she supported global service expansion; at Lyft, she drove IPO readiness; at Syngenta, she helped shape future-of-work strategies; and at Panera, she spearheaded enterprise-wide talent transformation. She brings a distinctive blend of strategic vision, emotional intelligence, and data-driven insights, enabling leaders and teams to navigate complexity with confidence and purpose.

Samia holds an MBA from Webster University and a dual Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and International Studies from the University of Kansas. She is currently pursuing SPHR and PMP certifications, further strengthening her ability to drive transformation at the intersection of people, business, and innovation.
