Rehanne Epiq is a distinguished Human Resources Technology and Operations leader with over 20 years of experience driving digital transformation, operational excellence, and strategic innovation in global HR environments. Currently serving as Senior Director of HR Technology & Operations at Epiq, Rehanne is known for her ability to align technology with business priorities to enhance service delivery, streamline operations, and empower the employee experience.

Rehanne began her career in 2003 at DST Systems (now SS&C Technologies) in HR data entry before quickly rising through the ranks. Her promotion to HRIS Analyst in 2004 marked the beginning of a remarkable journey in HR technology. Over 14 years, she honed her expertise across all phases of information systems—from design and implementation to user training and continuous improvement.

In 2018, Rehanne joined Epiq as a Senior HR Technology Analyst and quickly demonstrated her leadership and strategic foresight. She was promoted to Manager of the HR Technology Team in 2019, advanced to Director in 2022, and expanded her scope in 2023 to lead HR Operations, including service delivery and project management. In 2024, she was elevated to her current role, overseeing the full spectrum of HR Technology and Operations.

Rehanne is celebrated for her analytical mindset, collaborative leadership, and commitment to delivering scalable, people-centric solutions. Her contributions have been widely recognized, earning her Epiq’s Annual Excellence Awards (2018, 2022) and multiple HR Quarterly Employee Recognition Awards. In 2025, she was honored as HR.com’s HR Strategist of the Year, a prestigious accolade that reflects her industry impact and forward-thinking approach. She was also named one of HR Tech Outlook’s Top 10 HR Tech Leaders of 2023.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis in Economics from College of the Ozarks, graduating cum laude in 2003, and is a Workday Pro Certified specialist in Learning.
