Fort Worth, TX — Patricia C. Welch, founder and creative director of Whispering Script, continues to build momentum as a dynamic force in advertising and brand strategy, announcing plans to launch an innovative children’s brand featuring books and short-form video content.
Founded in 2020, Whispering Script was born from Welch’s unique blend of corporate sales expertise, educational experience, and large-format project leadership. With a lifelong passion for advertising that began in high school, Welch has built a business centered on the belief that creativity—when paired with strategy and structure—can drive meaningful business growth.
Before founding Whispering Script, Welch spent several years at 3M Corporation, where she developed a strong foundation in consultative sales, client relationship management, and solution-driven strategies. She later transitioned into education as a licensed Texas teacher, refining her ability to communicate clearly, organize complex information, and engage diverse audiences—skills that continue to shape her work with clients today.
For more than a decade, Welch served as a Project Director in the large-format printing industry, overseeing high-volume, complex projects from concept through production. In this role, she led cross-functional teams, managed tight timelines, and delivered large-scale visual solutions for clients across multiple industries.
In October 2025, Welch was recognized as a “Hidden Gem” by Voyage Dallas, highlighting her entrepreneurial journey and creative impact within the local business community.
Now, Welch is channeling her experience and passion into a new creative milestone: the development of a children’s brand designed to inspire imagination through storytelling and visual media. The upcoming brand will include children’s books and potential short videos, reflecting Welch’s belief in the power of thoughtful, creative content to educate and inspire young audiences.
