Katherine (Kate) Stitham: Guiding Mission-Driven Organizations Through Transformative Change

Katherine “Kate” Stitham is an organizational development consultant, facilitator, and leadership coach with nearly twenty years of experience helping mission-driven organizations thrive through times of complexity and change. Her work bridges systems-level strategy with the human dimensions of change, supporting leaders and teams to build workplaces that are both effective and responsive.

With both international experience and academic training in multicultural conflict transformation, Kate brings a cross-cultural perspective that informs all aspects of her work. Her career has prioritized helping organizations understand and address the power dynamics that shape multicultural environments, building systems and practices that allow for authentic engagement in these contexts.

In 2015, she founded her consulting firm, Integrative Inquiry (Int Inq), to help organizations move through moments of transition with clarity and purpose. Her practice blends strategic planning with stakeholder engagement, policy design, leadership coaching, and training to ensure that shifts in vision and structure are reinforced by the behaviors and relationships that make them sustainable.

Kate has partnered across industries and sectors, specializing in public and non-profit institutions. Across these diverse settings, she is recognized for her ability to translate big-picture vision into actionable strategies, while holding space for reflection, transparency, and authentic collaboration.

At the center of her work is a guiding belief: Change takes root when systems and practices reinforce one another, and when the people carrying them forward have a hand in shaping them.
