Kalin Schoephoerster is an accomplished Instructional Designer and Founder of KShep Creative LLC, an independent consultancy providing contracted instructional design services for organizations across industries. With more than a decade of experience in education, learning development, and special education coaching, Kalin brings a deep understanding of how people learn and what inspires them to grow.

In 2025, Kalin launched KShep Creative to combine her passion for inclusive education with her expertise in instructional design and learning strategy. Her mission is to help organizations build engaging, accessible, and effective learning solutions that empower learners and drive real-world results.

Known for her thoughtful, learner-centered approach, Kalin has designed and developed numerous educational programs, digital courses, and training systems grounded in adult learning theory and instructional best practices. Her work consistently translates complex, technical information into meaningful and practical learning experiences.

Before founding KShep Creative, Kalin served as an Instructional Designer at Creatively Focused, where she played a pivotal role in developing specialized learning content for special education teams through the innovative axis3 platform. She also pioneered coaching programs and professional development initiatives that strengthened special education practices across multiple school districts.
