Biography
Viviana Andrade is a seasoned educational entrepreneur with over two decades of experience. Since founding her first tutoring business, A Plus Academics, in Hampton, VA, in 1999, Viviana has leveraged her extensive knowledge to build strong relationships with parents, local public and private schools, and the homeschool community. Her innovative approach to personalized tutoring has made a lasting impact on students and families alike. Currently, Viviana serves as the Director of the Hispanic Resource Center of Coastal Virginia, a member of the Advisory Board for the YMCA of the Virginia Peninsulas, member of the Hampton Roads Community Foundation’s Racial Equity Advisory Council, and member of Virginia Center For Inclusive Communities. Additionally, she hosts her own television show, Que Pasa Mujer on Roku TV. A passionate advocate for education, Viviana instills the value of lifelong learning in her two sons, Troy and Joel. She is committed to setting high expectations for children, believing that such standards are key to ensuring their success in future endeavors.
