I am a respected Logistics and Distribution Manager with over two decades of experience. Collaboration, resilience, and integrity are at the heart of everything I do. My career began with a foundation in computer programming in 1994, equipping me with a strong analytical mindset early on. Even though I did not pursue a career in the Technology world the education was influential in my journey. Over the years, I’ve developed a deep expertise in transportation, customs compliance, and CTPAT certification. I thrive on solving complex supply chain challenges and ensuring seamless global distribution. Currently, I’m proud to have completed my MBA in 2024, further enhancing my leadership and strategic decision-making skills. I’ve always believed that continuous learning is the key to staying ahead in an ever-evolving industry. One of my core strengths lies in identifying operational inefficiencies and transforming them into cost-saving opportunities. Last fiscal year alone, I led initiatives that saved my company over $5 million. This year, I am on track to deliver an additional $1 million in savings. I’m passionate about mentoring and developing talent, and one of my proudest accomplishments is helping to grow and elevate high-potential individuals into leadership roles. Building strong teams is just as important to me as optimizing processes. I lead with a combination of data-driven decision-making and hands-on experience. My ability to align logistics strategy with overall business goals has been critical to the success of the organizations I’ve served. Being part of the Worldwide Women's Association is an opportunity I deeply value, as it aligns with my commitment to supporting and uplifting women in business.
