The Worldwide Women’s Association Recognizes Rebeca González

Rebeca González is a Credit and Renewable Energy Access Consultant, Founder of the Smart Credit & Smart Energy Initiative, Public Accountant, and Taxation Specialist. With more than 15 years of professional experience spanning financial education, consumer credit, renewable energy, accounting, taxation, financial management, auditing, and public administration, she brings together financial expertise and practical education to help individuals, families, entrepreneurs, and small businesses make informed financial and energy decisions.

 

Through her work based in Kissimmee, Florida, United States, Rebeca has developed a strong focus on financial and credit education, responsible credit management, budgeting, financing readiness, and consumer preparedness. Her work in renewable energy has further expanded her expertise into solar energy, energy efficiency, household energy costs, financing considerations, and the long-term financial implications of clean-energy solutions.

 

As Founder of the Smart Credit & Smart Energy Initiative, Rebeca connects financial literacy with energy education, consumer protection, responsible credit use, renewable energy access, and economic resilience. Her approach emphasizes education and informed decision-making, helping consumers better understand the relationship between their credit, household finances, energy expenses, and long-term financial goals.

 

Originally from Venezuela, Rebeca earned her degree in Public Accounting and a postgraduate specialization in Taxation from Universidad del Zulia. Her international academic credentials have been professionally evaluated in the United States as equivalent to a U.S. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, along with one year of graduate-level study in Taxation. She graduated Summa Cum Laude, received an academic scholarship for postgraduate studies, earned Honor Roll recognition, and was ranked among the top graduates of the Faculty of Economic and Social Sciences.

 

Her professional credentials include NABCEP Certified PV Technical Sales Professional, Board Certified Credit Consultant, and Certified Credit Score Consultant. These qualifications complement her accounting and taxation background and support her work at the intersection of financial preparedness and renewable energy.
Rebeca is also a published author whose educational work addresses consumer financial decision-making, household budgeting, energy costs, and responsible financial planning. Her published articles include “Antes de una decisión financiera importante: cinco preguntas que toda familia debe hacerse” in La Gaceta, as well as articles for Orlando Times News addressing household energy costs and the Smart Credit & Smart Energy Initiative.

 

Committed to expanding access to practical financial and energy education, Rebeca continues to support underserved and Spanish-speaking communities through community outreach and educational initiatives. Her work reflects a broader commitment to helping consumers build stronger financial foundations while understanding the opportunities and considerations associated with energy efficiency and renewable energy.
