Katie Turner-Carr, Senior HR Executive, Recognized for Leadership in Talent, Culture, and Transformation

Fort Worth, TX — Katie Turner-Carr, a senior HR executive, is recognized for her leadership in enterprise talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, culture, and HR transformation across large, complex, and regulated organizations including finance, manufacturing, home security and telecommunications.

With more than 20 years of experience as an HR professional, including more than a decade of executive leadership in auto finance, Kaite has served as a trusted advisor to senior executives, aligning people strategy with business priorities, operational execution, and long-term growth. Her experience spans people analytics, talent management, workforce strategy, succession planning, leadership development, organizational design, culture and engagement, and HR operating model transformation.

Most recently, Katie served as Senior Vice President, Global HR Strategy and Organizational Effectiveness and Chief of Staff, leading enterprise-wide initiatives across a 10,000+ employee global financial services organization in auto finance. In that role, she directed workforce strategy and oversaw a $40 million HR investment portfolio, aligning talent priorities and HR investments with strategic business objectives.

Among her notable accomplishments, Katie helped lead the transformation of a 180+ member global HR organization in connection with a large-scale Oracle Cloud implementation, contributing to $8.5 million in productivity and efficiency gains. She also established the company’s first People Analytics capability, strengthening executive decision-making related to workforce planning, succession, and talent investment.

Previously, Katie led enterprise leadership, talent, and succession efforts that strengthened visibility into the leadership pipeline, expanded internal mobility, and reinforced leadership continuity across the organization. Her work helped build a stronger and more sustainable bench of ready and emerging leaders to support long-term business growth.

Earlier in her career, Turner-Carr helped build foundational leadership development and organizational effectiveness frameworks that supported significant enterprise growth, while also contributing to HR transformation and leadership pipeline efforts in other complex business environments. Across roles, she has been recognized for connecting strategy to execution and building practical, scalable people systems that improve organizational performance.

Her impact has been recognized through several honors, including 2026 Workplace Culture Leader of the Year, Women in Auto Finance Honoree (2025) by Auto Finance News, Magnetic Culture Award Finalist (2025) by Quantum Workplace, and Silver Employee Voice Award recipient (2024).

Katie holds a Bachelor of Science in Education (Mathematics) from Missouri State University and maintains multiple advanced professional certifications, including SHRM-SCP, SPHR, PROSCI Change Management, and advanced credentials in organizational design, leadership assessment, and transformation.
