With over two decades of experience in the retail industry, Geneviève Paquet has established herself as a dynamic leader in merchandising, visual presentation, team management, and expansion strategies. Her career commenced in the fashion sector, where she played a pivotal role in the strategic development of Group Dynamite (Garage and Dynamite), contributing significantly to its U.S. expansion and international franchise projects.
Transitioning to the pet retail industry, Geneviève joined Mondou, a prominent Canadian chain, as Director of Merchandising and Store Concept. During her five-year tenure, she oversaw the opening of 20 new stores across Quebec, enhancing the brand’s presence and accessibility. Her leadership was instrumental in redefining Mondou’s brand image and store concepts, focusing on delivering a unique and competitive customer experience. Under her guidance, Mondou consistently secured the top position in the WOW Customer Experience survey conducted by Léger, reflecting excellence in customer service and store design.
Currently, as the Chief Expansion Officer (CXO) at Mandy’s Gourmet Salads, Geneviève leads an ambitious growth strategy. Her initial focus is on expanding within Canada, with plans for international development in the near future. She is dedicated to ensuring that each new location offers an exceptional customer experience while preserving the company’s distinctive identity. Under her direction, Mandy’s has successfully launched several new locations, including flagship stores in Toronto’s The Well and Yorkville neighborhoods, marking significant milestones in the brand’s expansion journey.
