Francine Guilaine Eda, EMBA, is an accomplished business leader with more than 14 years of experience spanning finance, administration, and operations. Currently serving as Administrative Director at Smurfit WestRock, a global leader in sustainable packaging solutions, she provides leadership across financial management, people management, and administrative operations. Working closely with plant leadership, she helps optimize resources, strengthen operational performance, and support the achievement of strategic business objectives.
Throughout her career, Francine has developed a diverse business perspective through leadership and financial management roles in the food manufacturing and aerospace industries. Having started her professional career in Cameroon before continuing her advancement in Canada, she brings valuable international experience and a cross-cultural perspective to leadership, finance, and business operations. Her experience includes financial management, budgeting, inventory control, human resources, payroll administration, and labor relations. This cross-industry background has strengthened her ability to navigate complex, fast-paced environments while balancing business priorities with the needs of employees and teams.
