Mrs. Abhnash Bains is a philantropreneur who believes not only in generating jobs but hopes in young women. She has worked for the civil services and in various departments including education, employment, and benefits.
Mrs. Abhnash Bains is also a renowned Reiki Master, Hypnotherapist, award winning motivational speaker, coach who sought out for the world by storm with her creative and professional approach to living a successful, satisfying professional and personal life. Her aim is to help people to achieve their personal, professional, and financial goals. No matter who they are or what they have encountered, her perspective and approach offer insights towards success.
Prior to her present role, she was involved in highlighting problems facing ethnic minorities in their employment search. She has served as Vice Chair – SAHIL Single Parent Group and Vice Chair of Asian Women’s Centre in 1986. Her other prior roles include: Governor of Crane Infant Junior School, Hanworth, Committee Member of Healing Dyslexia, Committee Member of National Youth Executive (Co-opted), Counseling/Mentoring for EACH (Ethnic Alcoholic Counseling’s in Hounslow) ethnic minorities with drug, alcohol problems and encouraging them to look at the roots of their problems, Member of the Patient and Public Involvement Forum for West London Mental Health Trust from August 2007 until March 2008, and Member of the Women’s Radio Group in September 2008.
Deeply passionate about charity and volunteering for the wellbeing of others, she has been appreciated by renowned ones such as The Mulberry Center, ASDA Charities and Liesel Angel Trust. She joined Lions Club International and became District Governor for District 105A in less than 10 years. She was also the first Zone Chairperson in District 105A to be honoured with a medal by the Lions Clubs International for encouraging membership and growth. She has worked for Lions Life skills project and is keen to work towards Cancer and Diabetes projects and contribute the most she can.
She is actively involved with various other projects for Hunger, Environment, Mental health and Well Being as she believes that healthy individuals and environments create better society.
It is her work and love towards people that made her recipient of many awards for business and volunteering as well as Lions International.
