Cornelia Kausch is Founder and CEO of CK Hospitality Advisors GmbH. With ample experience in leadership and business, she has grown-up children as well as growing wisdom and ongoing search inside herself. She has worked hard all her life as a Leadership Coach for organizations and their teams as well as personal coaching.
Cornelia has had over 30 years in the Hospitality sector on an International level having worked on the senior level most of her career from General Manager, to Managing Directors working with Pre-opening but also involved in every aspect including Rebranding, Customer Satisfaction, Marketing, Sales, Repositioning, Business Development, Change Management, and most importantly Coaching and Training. She then took her know how and created her own Advisory. She is first and foremost an innovator and mentor and would like to continue to guide professionals in reaching their potential in business and in all aspects of life.
She is an Executive Master Coach and Consultant through INSEAD and also works in mentoring with the organization. She has received her Masters Degree in Hospitality Administration and Management from The Hotel School of Lausanne, Switzerland, and studied at Cornell University in Hotel Management and Administration as well. She is Certified as an On-line Health and Business Coach through the Karlsruhe Institute and is a sought after Public Speaker and Motivator. She is multilingual speaks English, German, French, and little Spanish.
Cornelia ensures to create safe spaces for people to thrive, to be vulnerable, to explore and find themselves, overcoming their deepest fears.
