Talyaa Vardar, BSc, MA, FCPC, MCC

Talyaa Vardar is the President and co-founder of the FLOW Coaching InstituteTM. She is a Master Certified Executive Coach, corporate facilitator, and executive leader with extensive experience in helping individuals and organizations achieve higher performance and deeper awareness. With her cross-disciplinary background, Talyaa brings a deep understanding of human states, intuition, and a big-picture perspective to her coaching practice. As the developer of the FLOW Coaching Methodology(R), Talyaa and her team at the Flow Coaching and Leadership Institute provide professional coaching certification education and create a creative safe space for individuals and organizations to transform and reach their goals. Talyaa has a solid leadership background in multiple industries in Europe and North America, including private, government and non-profit organizations such as UN Women, UNDPA, City of Toronto, WIL (Women in Leadership)-Schulich Business School (York University), Starbucks, Mondelez international, KPMG, and WPP Marketing Group. Her executive background in the creative industry allows her to blend creativity with professional coaching. She has coached and mentored CEOs, General Managers, and Directors across regional and multinational Fortune 500 companies. With over 8,000 hours of personal and organizational coaching, facilitation, and therapy, Talyaa is a strong advocate of a holistic approach to personal and organizational transformation. She believes in the creative potential that each person has for human development and sees opportunities for her clients to create positive shifts in various aspects of their lives. Talyaa holds a BSc in Public Administration from ODTU (Turkey) and an MA in Expressive Arts Therapy and Social Change from EGS University (Switzerland). She completed her professional coach certification in Vancouver, Canada, in 2008. Talyaa is currently an international faculty member of ISTUD Business School (Italy) and FLOW Coaching Institute (Canada). She credits her success to focus, drive, and perseverance and looks forward to connecting with likeminded professionals.
