Since establishing Develeko in 2019, Suamir has led the successful completion of numerous franchise and commercial builds including JFUSE, Rose Bowl, Gracias Bara, Craig’s Cookies, Kumon, multiple Drip House locations throughout Ontario, physiotherapy clinics, gyms, nail salons, custom homes, and multi-residential developments. As the principal leader of the company, Suamir oversees all operations including project execution, financial management, trade coordination, scheduling, and client relations. Her hands-on leadership style ensures that every project is delivered with precision, accountability, and adherence to timeline and budget. With industry roots dating back to 2007 in the granite and stone sector, Suamir brings decades of knowledge in material coordination, finishes, and high-quality craftsmanship. Her experience strengthens Develeko’s standards across both commercial and residential construction. Under her leadership, Develeko operates with structured internal systems, strong communication protocols, and a commitment to delivering projects that meet the highest levels of quality and professionalism.
