Sarah Borrey Pérez

Based in Switzerland, Sarah Borrey Pérez is a Head of Corporate Strategy and Sustainability with MCH Group AG where she is known for her dynamic and empowering leadership skill and unmatched expertise in strategy, strategy implementation and controlling, sustainability, DEI, and global transformation Sarah began her career in investment banking on the trading floor before transitioning towards employee compensation and benefits. After the financial crisis, she was a part of founding Equatex, where she quickly took over the account management team and started defining and shaping how the company was structured, as well as the client-facing unit's strategy. Equatex was bought by Computershare in 2018, where Sarah led the integration and transformation of account management on a global scale. In 2021, Sarah was asked to join MCH Group AG in her hometown of Basel as Chief of Staff and leading the topic of sustainability. After the new CEO's announcement in July, she was promoted to Group Management as Head of Corporate Strategy and Sustainability. Sarah is the first woman to be promoted in the company to Group Management. Passionate about her work, Sarah credits her success to dedication, drive, and perseverance.
