Rosemary Erskine

Rosemary Erskine, an experienced Certified Life Master Consultant and organizational development strategist with many years of experience supporting nonprofit leaders and community-rooted organizations. Rosemary brings a unique combination of executive leadership experience, organizational development expertise, and professional coaching training to her work with organizations, individuals and groups. She has served as an Executive Director and understands firsthand the realities of leading mission-driven organizations — including working with Boards of Directors, managing staff and programs, and balancing strategic priorities with daily operational demands. Her coaching approach is grounded in real life experience, real organizational experience and focused on practical leadership development. Rosemary has more than ten years of coaching experience, supporting individuals and groups in developing clarity, confidence, and effective action. Her early coaching work includes more than a decade of coaching and leadership development experience with Landmark Worldwide, where she supported individuals and teams in achieving meaningful personal and professional goals.
