I worked as a senior counsel at Hogan Lovells Budapest, primarily dealing with cross-border and local M&A transactions for domestic and international multinational clients. I have over 24 years of experience, gained knowledge in structuring acquisitions and investments, along with related corporate law and financing matters. I set up my own law firm working in association with Andersen Legal, and have worked for startup companies, and have provided significant pro bono legal support to domestic civil organizations over the past 11 years.
