Rita Brandao

Rita created her boutique consulting firm, focusing on strategic planning, change management and leadership development. She works with a diverse set of organizations. Rita also deals with a company's cultural impact. She has vast experience working at companies such as Unilever and Vale a mining company in Brazil. She defines her work as finding the right building blocks to best fit a particular organization. She currently works nationally and plans to expand. She has prior experience working within 80 countries. Rita dedicates her free time to helping children in need. She is currently working on a book which focuses leadership development. She attributes her success to authenticity, hard work and listening. Within the next five years she is looking to develop the abilities and make a difference for the organizations she works with. She is fluent in English, Portuguese and Italian.
