Phyllis Poole, PMP

Please join me in welcoming Phyllis Poole as the new enterprise business solutions division director, effective February 10, 2021. Phyllis will lead division-wide operations of the Project Management Office, Business Analysis Office, and the Customer Relationship Management team. Phyllis is a senior leader with more than 20 years of executive management experience providing operational and strategic direction, building teams, defining project management, business analysis processes, and delivering projects that align with organizational objectives. Her background includes work in federal, and commercial sectors which demonstrates a proven ability of building successful, highly-engaged teams skilled at delivering complex projects and programs. Phyllis has managed various multimillion-dollar initiatives and transformations for the Department of Defense, Department of State, Amtrak, Mathematica Policy Research, Dollar Tree, and most recently, as Vice President, Project Management Office at PRA Group. Phyllis holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in management. She is passionate about project management and is constantly seeking to enhance her knowledge and expertise in industry best practices, and leadership. Phyllis also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP), certification from PMI, and is currently in the process of obtaining the SAFe Agilist (SA) certification from SAFE Alliance. Phyllis is a native Virginian who lives in Williamsburg with her husband, son, and two Shih Tzu’s. She loves gourmet cooking and spends a lot of her free time trying new recipes.
