Catalina’s main role is to be responsible for 80% of people who work on operations- the company has discounts stores in Colombia. She works in HR with all her team and is responsible for payroll.Catalina was prompted to get involved in this profession by way of natural progression and passion. She loves working with people and understands the benefits helping people. Catalina’s area of expertise is recruiting and selecting.
Her highest level of education is a Bachelor’s degree received from the best school in Colombia. In the next few years Catalina plans to continue to grow, continue to develop and continue to make a difference in her field. Catalina bases her success on hard work, passion and good leadership.
