I've spent 12+ years at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology, leading digital transformation across industries as different as aviation, finance, retail, e-commerce, health, and government in Latin America. My work doesn't start with technology. It starts with understanding how an organization operates, where it's losing value, and what it would take to change that, sustainably. That's what I do: I connect strategy with execution so that transformation actually lands. Throughout my career I've worked across both private and public sectors , managing large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations, building and running PMO frameworks, overseeing multi-million dollar project portfolios, and leading P&L for a business unit serving government clients across LATAM.
