Biography
I am a nonprofit technology and operations leader who has spent more than a decade helping mission-driven organizations grow by putting the right structures, systems, and data in place. I currently serve as Chief Technology Officer of Share My Meals, a nonprofit that fights food waste and food insecurity by recovering surplus meals from business cafeterias and redistributing them to families and communities in need. I lead the organization's technology strategy, working in partnership with leadership to develop and carry out a roadmap that strengthens efficiency, security, and impact. She advises executives on technology investments, priorities, risks, and emerging opportunities. A particular focus of my work is the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence: I guide leadership and staff on AI-related opportunities and risks, and work to ensure that the use of new tools aligns with data privacy, security, and governance standards. Before becoming CTO, I spent four years as Chief Operating Officer of Share My Meals. In that role, I led and developed the organization's core programs, expanded its partnerships to support growth, and managed its budget. Working alongside the CEO, I contributed to the development and execution of the organization's strategic plan. I also led the design and implementation of an innovative Salesforce-powered logistics platform, in partnership with Accenture, to scale the organization's food recovery operations. Throughout my career, I have combined fundraising, program management, and data expertise. At Keep a Child Alive in New York, the nonprofit founded by Alicia Keys to support children and families affected by HIV/AIDS, I managed all aspects of individual giving, from monthly and mid-level donors to major gifts and peer-to-peer campaigns. I oversaw the organization's Salesforce database, delivered reporting and analytics to the CEO, and developed and coordinated a COVID-19 Emergency Food Program across 11 countries. Earlier, as Membership Manager at the French Institute Alliance Française, I cultivated relationships with a community of 10,000 donors and structured Raiser's Edge data to support strategic development and marketing efforts. In Chile, as Head of Development and Strategy at Accion Emprendedora, I implemented Salesforce and trained 50 staff members. I also managed a project that helped 2,500 young people create their own businesses and contributed to securing a USD 3 million grant from the Inter-American Development Bank. My early career included several roles: At Grameen PrimaCare, I helped create a primary care clinic for women in Queens. At Make Mothers Matter International, I presented position papers at the United Nations. At the French international health and social protection agency in Paris, I worked as an economist. I hold a Master's degree in Public Health Policy and Economics from EHESP and Sciences Po, and a Bachelor's degree in Econometrics from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. I also earned a certificate in Monitoring and Evaluation of Social Projects from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile and a Leadership Essentials certificate from Cornell University. I speak French, English, and Spanish fluently. Driven by a deep belief that technology can strengthen an organization and amplify its mission, I bring determination, curiosity, and a strong work ethic to every role I take on.
