Vandana Jaiswani

Biography

Vandana Jaiswani is a Supply Chain Manager at S&L LLC, also identified in her professional profile as Sargent & Lundy, with experience spanning supply chain management, technology, client service, and computer applications. Vandana began her career with an internship at a small company in India in 2001. After approximately a year and a half, she married and later moved to the United States for work. She has since built her career in the Chicago area, holding a range of technology-focused positions and supporting companies in their work with clients. In 2025, Vandana transitioned into supply chain management. Her current responsibilities focus on helping organizations manage their supply chains effectively and efficiently. Her professional background encompasses 16 to 20 years of experience, combining technical knowledge with operational and client-facing work. Vandana earned a master’s degree in 2001 and is pursuing supply chain strategy certification through Yale. She is also developing two initiatives: Adopt for a Day, envisioned as a nonprofit LLC, and ProjectCAD, an LLC intended to encourage student innovation and interest in STEM. She is particularly interested in connecting with women who have overcome adversity and helping other women succeed.
