APOSTLE, DR. TONIA CARTER Apostle Tonia Carter, the Senior Pastor of the “THE KING OF GLORY APOSTOLIC HOUSE OF DELIVERANCE, INT'L, INC.” in Brooklyn, New York. ROMANS 8:28: “AND WE KNOW THAT ALL THINGS WORK TOGETHER FOR GOOD TO THEM THAT LOVE “YAH” GOD, TO THEM WHO ARE CALLED ACCORDING TO HIS PURPOSE.”KJV Apostle, Dr. Tonia Carter was born on March 2, 1966 in Brooklyn, New York of Mrs. Geraldine Walls-Carter and the late Mr. Ronald Carter. She is the eldest of eight siblings. She graduated from Eli Whitney Vocational High School in June 1984. She attended Borough Manhattan Community College from September 1984 to December 1988 majoring in Secretarial Sciences. In January 1989 to September 1989, Apostle Tonia Carter worked for Coronet Capital Corporation in the legal department as a Legal Word Processor. Unfortunately, the president announced that the corporation will be dissimulated by the end of the year. Therefore, after the announcement was conveyed, Apostle Tonia Carter made the decision to travel abroad. In September 1989 to February 1992, Apostle Tonia Carter left the United States for Europe and Japan in pursuit of a modeling career. She was always encouraged by her grandmother, the late Helen Corey Walls to pursue a modeling career. Upon her arrival in Milan, Italy, she was received by a Class Modeling Agency and was booked immediately for runaway shows, which including Paris, France and Tokyo, Japan. She traveled throughout Europe and Japan gracing the runaways of prestigious designers of the PRE-A-PORTER COLLECTIONS presented in Paris, Milan and Tokyo. In October 1993, Apostle Tonia Carter return to the United States due to the war in Yugoslavia between two allies: Croat-Bosniak War, which was traversing over to Milan, Italy by via bomb threats. In November 1993 to November 1995, she continued to work in the Fashion Industry being very successful as a Marketing/Sales Representative representing the PRE-A-PORTER COLLECTIONS for exclusive European Designers. Additionally, in October 1993, Apostle Tonia Carter met the late Rabbi Ezekiel Benzion of Free Mission Temple located in Brooklyn, New York inviting her to the Services conducted on the Sabbaths. Rabbi Ezekiel Benzion also, own his construction company and was renovating the first-floor in her grandmother’s house for occupation. Rabbi Ezekiel Benzion prophesied to my grandmother, the late Helen Corey Walls stating: “Your grand-daughter has a great calling upon her life from the Lord and the Lord had his hand on her while she was in Europe to protect her from corruption, because many models did not return to the states due to human trafficking for sexual exploitation.” Her grandmother responded: “I know, and I try to raise Tonia with the right morals and values to pertaining to the “Word of God.” Apostle Tonia Carter was present during their conversation and responded: “So when you guys were going to tell me?” Rabbi Ezekiel Benzion and her grandmother smiled and did not give a response. In March 1997, Apostle Tonia Carter was appointed as a 7A Administer for Prevention of Housing Abandonment by the City Agency, Housing Preservation and Development (HPD). In September 1995 to May 2009, she obtained and held her Real Estate license to conduct purchases and rehabilitation on distress property in dilapidated urban communities to provide decent housing for low-income families. In August 2002, Apostle Tonia Carter earned her Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.), specializing in Business Administration from Audrey Cohen College aka Metropolitan College of New York with honors. In addition, she was a Financial Planner/Educator obtaining licensing from World Financial Group: NASD Securities License, Series, 6, 63 in 2004-2006 conducting seminars, teaching the importance of financial management in multi-cultural communities. Furthermore, Apostle Tonia Carter obtain her Health/Life Insurance License within 2001 to 2007 from National Income Life Insurance Company educating and offering her union clients the opportunity to receive benefits in a combination of health insurance while creating a saving account for emergency purposes. In October 2007, Apostle Tonia Carter was ordained a licensed Minister by Anointed by God Ministries Theological Seminary, Ebenezer Baptist Church, Inc. in New York to commence her ministry in “Spiritual Warfare.” In between, she received and still maintaining licensing as a Security Officer and Fire Guard in the Homeland Security field from Urban Dynamics Career in February 2008. Also, in February 2008, Apostle Tonia Carter was ordained and licensed an Evangelist by Destiny Church of Christ in New York, whereas she commenced going into the hospitals and homes to assist the elders praying for the sick; whereas, she developed relationships and obtained affiliations as a “daughter” not a member of the following churches: Overseer C. Baldwin, of True Light Universal Bible Church of God, Inc. in Brooklyn, New York and Elder, Pastor Anna Cooper, of Mother’s Foundation Holiness Church in Newark, New Jersey. In November 2012, Apostle Tonia Carter was ordained and licensed Chaplain by the New York Regional Police and Anointed by God Chaplaincy Association. In February 2016, Apostle Tonia Carter earned her Master’s Degree in Business Administration, (M.B.A.), specializing in Homeland Security (counter-terrorism) with honors at Northcentral University of Scottsdale, Arizona. Apostle Tonia Carter commenced her Ph.D. at Northcentral University in May 2016, specializing in Homeland Security Leadership and Policy; however, she heard the commandment from The Most High YAH, “Stop and don’t go no further.” Finally, Apostle Tonia Carter established “The King of Glory Apostolic House of Deliverance International, Incorporated” in November 2013 under the unction and command of the “Holy Spirit,” whereas, she is the Senior Pastor and still holds this office to-date. Prior to the establishment of “The King of Glory Apostolic House of Deliverance, Int'l, Inc.” in January 2013, Apostle Tonia Carter was approached by a representative of a non-for-profit organization called ChildFund International acquiring her interest in sponsoring children in third world countries by providing humanitarian needs such as: education, health care and environmental preservation. The representative explicated in detail the children’s living conditions which moved her heart. Therefore, she decided to commence sponsorships for 10 children in the following countries: Uganda, Ethiopia, Guinea, Kenya, Philippines, Texas and Gambia. In January 2018, Apostle Tonia Carter conducted research on another non-for-profit organization to sponsor more children for the same cause. She connected with Plan International USA and selected 10 more children conducting sponsorships in the following countries: Gambia, Uganda, Kenya, Philippines, Dominican Republic, South Sudan, Ethiopia, Singapore, Guinea, Ghana and Texas. Nevertheless, in 2017 Apostle Tonia Carter connected with Pastor Kisakye Micheal of Apostles Uganda, Ltd. in Uganda, Africa via Social Media who was seeking financial assistance with humanitarian needs for the orphans and the poor that resulted from previous religious wars (genocide) and severe health epidemics such as: malaria, chickenpox, and skin infections: ring worms. She discovered that Pastor Kiskaye Micheal have been on Social Media for some time requesting financial assistance for the children he was caring for with his own finances. However, Apostle Tonia Carter observed the responses he received from other Pastors, Apostles and Ministers that they were praying for God’s provision but offered no financial assistance. In this progression, she discovered that Pastor Kiskaye Micheal was confronted with a dilemma in the “shut-down” by the Ministry of Education of one school in the community district of Nabukalu Sub County, Bugiri due to no facilitations of pit latrines for the children to relieve themselves. Therefore, Apostle Tonia Carter prayed and received instructions from the Holy Spirit to send financial assistance to build four pit latrines to stop the shut-down. In addition, the next dilemma Pastor Kiskaye Micheal encountered needing financial assistance with scholastic materials for the children to commence their school semester and medical attention for their severe skin infections: ring worms, which is very contagious. During 2017, Pastor Kiskaye Micheal invited Apostle Tonia Carter to conduct a Revival Conferences for the Apostles, Bishops, Pastors, teaching the Word of God and to see the children in eight school districts in Uganda. In addition, she heard the commandment of The Most High YAH stating she was going to Africa; however, He did not say when and what part; therefore, awaited for instructions. In the middle of 2017, Apostle Tonia Carter received instructions and a confirmation from The Most High YAH assigning her to Uganda, Africa. In June 2017, Apostle Tonia Carter accepted the invitation from Pastor Kiskaye Micheal of Apostles Uganda, Ltd and conducted the Revival Conferences and visited the children in all eight districts observing the living conditions. The theme of the Revival Conference: IT’S ALL ABOUT THE CHILDREN, Matthew 18:5, Christ stated: “And whoso shall receive one such little child in my name receiveth me.” She received the Divine Revelation of this promise from YAHUSHA, HA MASHIYACH, THE MESSIAH. To-date, Apostle Tonia Carter provides financial assistance towards humanitarian needs in education, healthcare and environment preservation for over 1,250 orphans and needy children in Uganda within the districts of Busia, Palissa, Iganga, Bugiri and Kaberamaido in addition to the 20 children between the non-for-profit organizations: Plan International USA and ChildFund International. In March 2019, Apostle Tonia Carter received an Honorary Degree: Doctorate of Humanities from Rehoboth International Bible College. Dr. Janet Newell, Head of the Honorary Department stated she heard the instructions of The Most High Yah to give Apostle Tonia Carter this degree, because of the "Humanitarian Work" she is currently doing in Uganda for the children. In April 2019, Apostle Tonia Carter received "Certificate of Affirmation" as an Affirmed Apostle in affiliation with Yeshiva Worship International Fellowship World Span from Dr. Janet L. Newell, D.Hu, D.ClcMCCBCA. In June 2019 to August 2019, Apostle Dr. Tonia Carter made a second trip to Uganda and went to Kenya conducting 23 Revival Conferences doing deliverance services in the very rural districts for Apostles, Bishops and Pastors for their congregations. Her trip entailed traveling throughout Uganda from North to South and expanded her territory to Kenya. To-date, Apostle, Dr. Tonia Carter was invited back this year "2020" to conduct Revival Conferences in both countries: Uganda and Kenya by demand from the Apostles, Bishops, Pastors and Ugandan Government. In addition, December 2019, Apostle, Dr. Tonia Carter was approved by the Ugandan Government to established her church in Uganda. Now, The King of Glory Apostolic House of Deliverance, Ltd. is legally and fully registered in Uganda. She has received inquiries from over 30 churches expressing interest to come under her leadership and teaching. Furthermore, Apostle, Dr. Tonia Carter is in the process of establishing a rehabilitation center for the orphans in Uganda in prevention of human trafficking and sexual exploitation. It is in the registration process with the Ugandan Government. The Center is called: The King of Glory Apostolic Rehabilitation Center for Children. Finally, Apostle Dr. Tonia Carter in her intense life's journey ordained, anointed and appointed directly by The Most High Yah, Yahusha Ha Mashiyach, The Messiah: Jesus Christ of Nazareth never thought she would be doing what she is doing today: from walking the fashion runways of Italy, France and Japan to becoming an Apostle for her Lord and Savior Yahushua, Ha Mashiyach, the Messiah; Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Her scriptures (KJV) are as follows: Matthew 6:33 Christ stated: "But ye seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you." Matthew 18:5 Christ stated: "And whoso shall receive one such little child in my name receiveth me." Habakkuk 2: 2-3 "And the Lord answered me, and said, "Write the Vision and make it plain upon tables that he may run that readeth it. For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it: because it will surely come, it will not tarry." She knows by supernatural "Divine Spirit of Revelation" Isaiah 54:17 "No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper...." Yahusha never breaks covenant nor promises with those that are His.
