Sarah Hager

Biography

I’m a lifelong educator. I started my career as a special education teacher, and I’ve spent my medical device career in pelvic health and neuromodulation, where I’ve kept teaching. My learners became surgeons, advanced practice providers and sales teams, and my classroom was often an operating room. My strength is translating complex clinical and technical information for adult learners at every level, from new hires to experienced surgeons. I build structures that move people from watching to doing to teaching. That includes developing physicians and advanced practice providers, from established experts to first-time proctors, into faculty who train their peers.
