Biography

Renee Stroman is a coach, curriculum designer, and IT professional with 26 years of experience in the technology sector. Her experience includes roles as a Product Manager, Sr. Systems Analyst, Scrum Master, and Information Systems Manager, along with certifications in Scrum, SAFe, Agile methodologies, Life and Engagement coaching, and an ACC Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) which contributes to her approach that combines strategic and personal development. She holds an A.A. degree in general studies from Anne Arundel Community College. She is a Certified Life and Engagement Coach focused on supporting women in areas including emotional health, spiritual development, and career planning. Her coaching practice RStromanCoaching uses a structured and practical framework to offer guidance for intentional growth, personal boundaries, and community building. She provides individual and group coaching sessions designed to help clients develop skills in leadership, decision-making, and personal development.
