Rajaa Hamdan

Biography

Rajaa Hamdan is an Executive and Leadership Coach and founder of Coaching Next Leaders Inc., specializing in corporate leadership, human resources, and learning and development. Based in Ile Bizard, Quebec, she works with professionals, senior leaders, and emerging executives as they navigate career transitions, assume broader leadership responsibilities, and develop resilient, high-performing teams. Rajaa began her career in the hospitality industry, where she developed a client-centered approach to service and leadership. She subsequently built more than 15 years of experience in human resources and learning and development leadership, including serving as Director of Learning and Development at Altasciences. Her work has included creating learning strategies, programs, and frameworks aligned with the evolving needs of internal clients. Through Coaching Next Leaders, Rajaa combines leadership frameworks with self-awareness to help clients strengthen executive presence, communicate with strategic clarity, and navigate complex organizational environments. Her practice reflects her experience living and working across countries, cultures, and languages, as well as her emphasis on adaptability, continuous learning, and purposeful leadership. She also works as a bilingual HR and learning and development leader. Rajaa earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Iona University in 1996. She is an NLP Master Practitioner and a certified trainer in Crucial Conversations. Her current focus is growing Coaching Next Leaders, designing strategic learning frameworks, facilitating coaching programs, and collaborating with women across industries on leadership, resilience, and professional development.
