Biography

I am a seasoned Asset Finance and Financial Technology professional with more than 15 years of experience delivering complex business and technology transformation initiatives across equipment finance, auto finance, leasing and commercial lending. My career spans senior business analysis, functional consulting, solution architecture and implementation roles, with a strong focus on translating complex business requirements into scalable and commercially effective technology solutions. Currently with Teamwill, I am supporting a large-scale ALFA implementation, working across Finance and Accounting and related contract-servicing processes. My responsibilities include analyzing current and target-state processes, defining functional requirements, identifying system and integration impacts, supporting solution design, and collaborating with business stakeholders and implementation teams. Her recent work has covered cash reconciliation, payment allocation and reversals, refunds, waivers, taxation, charge-offs, securitization, accounting treatment and end-of-term activities. I bring deep end-to-end knowledge of asset finance, from quote and origination through credit, documentation, booking and funding, contract management, in-life servicing, collections, payments, financial adjustments, asset and residual value management, and end-of-term processing. I have experience across loans, leases, hire purchase and other commercial and automotive finance products. My functional expertise is complemented by a strong understanding of finance and accounting, operational controls, reconciliation, data integrity and regulatory considerations. Prior to Teamwill, I spent close to five years with Solifi as a Senior Business Application Consultant, supporting financial institutions and equipment finance organizations with enterprise lending and leasing solutions. My broader career also includes roles with NETSOL Technologies and Genpact, where I built extensive experience in business solution architecture, consulting and financial-services technology delivery. Across these organizations, I have worked with platforms including ALFA, Solifi Rapport, InfoLease and NFS Ascent, giving me a broad perspective on the architecture, configuration and operational capabilities of modern asset finance systems. Throughout my career, I have been heavily involved in requirements elicitation, business-process analysis, gap assessments, functional design, system configuration, integrations, data mapping, migration, validation and reconciliation. I've also supported SIT, UAT, defect management, cutover, implementation readiness and post-go-live stabilization. My experience with APIs, web services and third-party integrations enables me to act as an effective bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, developers, architects and external vendors. A key strength of my profile is my ability to combine detailed domain knowledge with strong client-facing consulting skills. I am comfortable facilitating workshops, challenging requirements, identifying process gaps and dependencies, presenting solutions to senior stakeholders, and producing clear functional documentation for business and technical teams. I approach transformation initiatives with a strong focus on business outcomes, operational efficiency, control, user experience and long-term system sustainability. Having worked with clients and teams across Canada, the United States and international markets, I am experienced in complex, multi-stakeholder and cross-functional delivery environments.
