'Be' Empowered, 'Be' Inspired, 'Be' You! - Ignite the Power of Possibility Neeve worked for more than 23 years in the Corporate business world in senior HR positions for Tech Giants including Facebook & Linkedin. Extensive experience living in the various places in Europe & UK & now resides in Ireland. Neeve operated on a truly Global scale in her roles in HR particularly in her role as HR Director at Linkedin. She understands business and knows people. She coached through her time in HR - up to Executive level and has extensive experience of coaching Executives, leaders, women in business, high performing individual contributors and rising stars. Her passion is coaching women in business - helping them get clarity, grow in confidence , find their voice, be seen, and to quieten the inner critic that might be holding them back from being the best version of themselves. Show up truly authentic, in a safe, non judgmental, inclusive environment. Neeve builds trust, support and accountability as she holds space for you to explore, become aware and gain clarity and focus on the things that matter to you. Neeve qualified as a professional Executive & Life Coach in 2013 and subsequently Coaching with Neuroscience in 2018 (with the World Association of Coaching with Neuroscience -WACN) and took the bold move to open 'Be' Coaching Solutions, in September 2019 leaving her corporate position to do so.
