Biography

Nathalie Marc-Charles is a Certified Birkman Consultant and Career Strategist with over 15 years of experience spanning human resources, organizational development, behavioral science, and executive coaching. Her background includes HR management at Viacom (now Paramount), the parent company of MTV, Nickelodeon, and Comedy Central, as well as experience at AIG and consulting engagements with organizations across Haiti and the United States. This combination of corporate leadership and cross-organizational consulting gives her a unique perspective on the people, behaviors, and workplace dynamics that shape individual and organizational success. Her transition into executive coaching and career strategy grew from years of working at the intersection of people and organizations. Since becoming a Certified Birkman Consultant in 2018, Nathalie has made the Birkman Method the foundation of her practice. She uses it as her primary framework for uncovering the behavioral insights that drive career alignment, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. Her work goes beyond assessment delivery: she translates Birkman results into actionable strategies that help individuals and teams better understand themselves, navigate workplace dynamics, and align their strengths with their professional goals. Since founding her practice in 2014, Nathalie has coached more than 400 clients across the Caribbean, Latin America, North America, and Europe. Her work spans career strategy, executive coaching, leadership development, talent strategy, organizational development, and employee wellness. Her approach is grounded in a simple principle: sustainable performance, whether individual or organizational, requires alignment between behavior, environment, and purpose. BEYOND THE WORK Nathalie is a mother of three boys, which reinforces her belief that a career should be designed around a life, not the other way around. She also serves on the Board of Directors of OurSOIL, an award-winning organization working to transform waste into resources in Haiti, reflecting her commitment to creating sustainable impact beyond the coaching room.
