Molly Champagne is the Senior Account Manager of NES Global Talent, based out of Houston, TX, USA. Her career evolution happened after being salary-capped as a college recruiter, post-graduate school. Realizing she could do the same thing for oil and gas, led to 4 years of professional headhunting in Supply Chain for Oil, Gas, Manufacturing, Petrochemicals, LNG, and Chemicals. Her biggest challenge was still trying to keep her career going while recovering from Hurricane Harvey, while also parenting. Her key to success is identifying process improvement opportunities, constant open-communication with consultants and clients, being malleable, flexible, and open-minded to seeing things how others may see them. Her highlight is being able to manage the North American account for one the globe’s largest oil and gas operators, as well as the number one US LNG global exporter. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
