I am a dual qualified professional, holding both UK Chartered Accountancy and UK Solicitor designations. I specialize as a Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance Lawyer with extensive experience in cross-border transactions in both private corporate and public commercial law. Currently, I serve as a Senior In-house Counsel (Consultant) at a Fintech consultancy, offering legal support in various areas including commercial, data privacy, corporate, payments, banking, and digital currency transactions. My responsibilities include negotiating commercial and commercial agreements and providing legal support for IT and Virtual assets website projects. Prior to my legal career, I was a professional accountant in the UK Financial Services sector, bringing a strong knowledge of finance, financial regulations, and numeracy skills. Additionally, I offer accounting and bookkeeping services for women-owned small businesses.
