Biography
I lead commercial organizations through the friction of scale. My focus is at the intersection of consumer health and wellness, diagnostics, and medtech, building the commercial infrastructure required for sustained growth. Growth in this sector is rarely a matter of just having a better product. It is about aligning the clinical value proposition with a go-to-market engine that can actually deliver it. I specialize in rebuilding underperforming business units, integrating siloed functions, and bridging the gap between clinical innovation and market adoption. Leading Through Uncertainty The most defining moments of my career have been spent in high-stakes rebuilds. Most recently, I took over a $340M reproductive genetics and hereditary cancer portfolio that was at a crossroads. Following a 50% workforce reduction and a prolonged leadership gap, the business had entered a multi-year decline. As President of Women’s Health, my mandate was to provide operational stability to a 200-person organization while modernizing our go-to-market strategy across health systems and MSOs. Success required more than a new sales plan. It required breaking down silos between Tech, R&D, and Product to ensure innovation was aligned with market demand. By restoring alignment and strengthening operational execution, we reversed the decline and added over $100M to the top line. During this period, we stabilized the workforce and reduced turnover from 56% to under 10%. Operating Philosophy Commercial underperformance is rarely just a sales problem. It is almost always an alignment problem. Whether I am managing a large-scale P&L or navigating a $100M acquisition, my priority is creating a high-performance environment where the data, the incentives, and the people are all moving in the same direction. I am an operator who believes that clarity of mission is the most effective driver of a P&L. Looking Ahead I am at my best when partnering with CEOs, Boards, and Private Equity partners to prepare an organization for its next major milestone. This could include a commercial pivot, an aggressive scale-up phase, or a multi-channel market expansion. I am particularly drawn to organizations navigating transformation, scale, and commercial evolution within women’s health, diagnostics, and medical devices/medtech.
